Returns and Warranty

7 day return

We will happily exchange or refund all stocked items (does not apply to special orders) within 7 days of receiving. Please ensure you contact us before any returns are made. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and must be packed or repacked for return to protect against damage while in transit for full product refund or replacement.

12 month warranty

Our guarantee covers all products with manufacturing defects within 12 months. We can offer exchange or refund. Carbon fibre sections are covered with a 24 month guarantee.

Please note, our warranty extends to our products only, and excludes any liability for injuries to third parties or property damage.

All returned items must be packed or repacked for return to protect against damage while  in transit.

Please allow up to 30 days delivery time before proceeding with a claim with your payment provider. Feel free to email us at any time for a progress report of your order or for tracking advice.
